Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy for 2 day classes only. Residential has a different policy.

If there is insufficient enrollment or in case a class needs to be cancelled, a full refund will be given to those who have registered and paid in full. If a student needs to cancel three weeks before the first day of class the student may transfer the full amount to another class, or elect to receive a partial refund of 80% of the class fee. An administrative fee of 20% will be charged for cancellations within the last three weeks prior to the course. Any credit card payments will be refunded guided by the policy listed above in the net amount received only. As a courtesy to the Instructor, coordinator, and other participants please relay your need to cancel in a timely manner.
